The Parent Portal gives you real-time access to your child’s assignments, grades, attendance, and academic progress throughout the school year. By staying informed, you can better support your child's success and communicate with teachers when needed.

Getting started is easy! Sign in using your Google account, Apple account, or create an account using any valid email address by selecting one of the options below.

CCSD Employees: you CANNOT use your work e-mail address to create a Parent Portal Account.

First Time, New Student Enrollment

Examples:

Student entering PK or Kindergarten.
Student who has never attended a Citrus County School.

Age Requirements for Enrollment

VPK: Must be 4 years old on or before September 1st.
You must also have a Certificate of Eligibility from the

Early Learning Coalition

Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old on or before September 1st.
First Grade: Must be 6 years old on or before September 1st and have passed Kindergarten.

Current or Previously Enrolled Students

Examples:

Students returning to their enrolled school within Citrus County School District
Have attended a Citrus County School previously and are returning.
Currently transferring from one school to another within Citrus County School District.
